6 Weeks To Breaking The Weightloss Wall Fitness Program
A carefully planned program through which you will learn how to build positive habits that lead to breaking the weightloss wall. The program is designed with 3 online workouts per week, that will ensure you get the most out of it. You will be able to exercise from the comfort of your own home through the help of a very experienced coach. Regardless if you're a beginner or advanced, you will receive accurate instructions to match your current level of fitness and your own needs.
As part of the program you will be able to join a closed VIP group where all participants will interact, share experiences, but most importantly keep each other accountable to ensure your goal is reached. It is here where we are also share meal and snacks ideas, to ensure we stay on track. There are weekly check-ins with the coach and live videos where the coach will answer any questions and through which valuable information will be shared with the tribe. We're in this together!
